Are you a regional NSW technology business looking for flexible workspace, community access and curated connections – without committing to a full-time Sydney office?
Build, launch and grow as part of the Regional Landing Pad program at Sydney’s most dynamic innovation precinct.
Who is it for?
The Regional Landing Pad, a collaboration between Stone & Chalk and Investment NSW, is for tech startups and scaleups based in regional NSW that are ready to expand, commercialise or raise capital.
To be eligible, your business must:
- Be an early-stage, growth-stage or scaling technology company (with proprietary software, hardware, or deep tech) – not a pure service provider
- Hold an ABN registered outside Greater Sydney
- Be actively exploring innovation or growth opportunities in NSW
A place to start
If accepted into the program, you’ll get:
Workspace access
Up to 5 desk passes per month for free to use inside the Tech Central Innovation Hub. Enjoy shared work zones, meeting booths, kitchens, collaboration areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi to support fast-moving tech teams.
Community connections
You’ll gain access to Stone & Chalk’s full calendar of events, workshops, and founder meetups. We’ll introduce you to investors, mentors, corporates, and government partners so you can activate opportunities across NSW.
Support for growth
Your landing starts with an on-arrival orientation, plus ongoing check-ins and advisory referrals. You’ll be supported by ecosystem specialists who understand founder challenges and can connect you to the right people at the right moment.
How to apply
- Complete a short online application.
- We conduct a fast eligibility check, including ABN verification.
- Once approved, you can self-serve workspace bookings (within your monthly cap).
Then, attend your onboarding session to explore the space and meet the community. You’ll get ongoing support with check-ins and curated introductions to grow your business.
